When Frank and I decided to leave Shrewsbury after 20 years, Becky was clearly our top choice.   Having heard around town that we were planning to relocate, she contacted us offering to help in any way that she could. When potential buyer activity slowed, Becky advised a slight price reduction which we decided to implement. Two weeks later, we had a solid offer which we accepted.

But Becky and Anne’s support did not end there. We closed within a month of accepting the offer which is very fast these days in the world of real estate. Becky and Anne insured this could happen by being totally organized and on top of everything. As we were no longer living in Shrewsbury, they helped immensely in moving things along that were required of us for the close.
