Becky helped us buy our first home in 2012.
We had a different agent before we met Becky. We were having a very bad experience and felt that we were being forced to buy a home by my agent. Every home we looked at was the "best house in this world”, according to that agent. We started feeling that home buying would be like buying a used car. It was very stressful.
We got Becky's number through a referral. Right from our first meeting it was very professional. She spent time with us working through our expectations as well as our wish list. Everything she presented was professionally prepared. We liked that all our questions were answered, based on facts and solid research and those facts were shared with us. When we went out to see homes she would point out things we should be looking at and raising red flags if she saw something not right.

If you’re looking to buy and/or sell a house in Shrewsbury, there is only one choice for a realtor and that choice is Becky Dalke. Becky did an amazing job helping our young family transition from our "starter house” into our "home.” We met Becky shortly after we had started working with another real estate agent and I remember feeling very disappointed that we wouldn’t have the opportunity to work with her. We spent 10 long months looking for a house with our first agent and found nothing that felt like a home. For three of these months, we also had our house on the market and did not receive a single offer. Discouraged, we took our house off the market and put our search on hiatus as we prepared for the arrival of our second child.
While Becky wasn’t our real estate agent at the time, she knew that we were having a hard time finding a home and wanted to help. When there was nothing on the market that interested us, Becky told us not to worry and started knocking on doors in our favorite neighborhoods to track down our dream home. Becky was able to find us multiple homes this way and provided us the unique opportunity to make an offer before the house even went on the market. In these circumstances, Becky was acting as a dual agent and was not permitted to advise us on price which made me extremely nervous. Becky calmed my fears by taking the time to teach me how to do my own comparative market analysis so that I would have confidence in our offer. This knowledge came in handy since the first 3 homes we made offers on were all listed by Becky. For a variety of reasons, our first 3 attempts were unsuccessful. For us, the fourth time was the charm. Looking back, we are so glad that the other three offers fell through because this is the home we were meant to buy. Becky found us the perfect home and we love it!
