If you have not found a Realtor yet, and are looking for a highly dedicated and ethical professional I would recommend Becky Dalke.  My family and I purchased a home during the summer of 2009 and Becky represented us as a buyer’s agent.   She provided us with an accurate assessment of each property that we considered as well as offering good insight throughout the process.  Becky had a very good understanding of the local market.  In addition, she recommended a home inspector, real estate attorney, and loan officer, all of which we were very pleased with.  Our particular closing was very complex and difficult because of technical issues concerning the home.  During that time, Becky assisted us at every step of the way.  She was an excellent advocate for our position and worked hard for us to find other alternatives as options.
